Konec Solutions is dedicated to continually enhancing our products to deliver an even better smart home experience. As part of this commitment, we’d like to let you know that our IoT servers will be undergoing a scheduled platform upgrade between August 20, 2025 and September 17, 2025.


While we’ve done our best to minimise any disruptions, the Konec Smart Control Panel 10'' Max may temporarily disconnect during this period. If this happens, a QR code will appear on the display screen. To reconnect your control panel, simply follow the steps outlined below.


Please note: Only the Account “Home Owner” and “Administrator” can rebind the control panel.

  1. On the Arks App, select the [+] icon (located Top Right) > [Scan].

  1. Scan the QR code on the control panel.

  1. Tap [Confirm Login]. Please wait 1 minute for the control panel screen to update.

  1. On the control panel, drag one finger from the top to bottom of the screen. A notification panel should appear.

  1. Tap [Settings] > Scroll down and tap [Intercom] > [Search Outdoor Unit].

  1. Wait for the Synchronize button to appear. Tap [Synchronize].

  1. On the Arks App, select the [+] icon (located Top Right) > [Scan].

  1. Scan the QR code on the control panel.

  1. Tap [Confirm Login]. Please wait 1 minute for the control panel screen to update.

  1. On the control panel, drag one finger from the top to bottom of the screen. A notification panel should appear.

  1. Tap [Settings] > Scroll down and tap [Intercom] > [Search Outdoor Unit].

  1. Wait for the Synchronize button to appear. Tap [Synchronize].
